Shipping policy

Despatch Time:

We aim to dispatch orders same or next working day, however we cannot promise despatch in this timeframe. Our usual cutoff time for same-day despatch is 2pm.

Shipping Method:

We use Royal Mail tracked services to deliver items. You can select your preferred service at checkout.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver orders in 1-2 working days. Royal Mail tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2-3 working days.

Large orders may be sent by express courier.

Shipping Terms:

The Customer accepts responsibility for entering the correct and full shipping information, including delivery address. We do not accept responsibility or issue refunds or replacements for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
